I'm Jenny Barnett. Hodgepodge of Helpfulness is my professional organizing business serving residential and commercial clients in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding areas. 

In 2019 I completed the Professional Organizer Certificate course from the International Association of Professional Career College. 

It is a joy and privilege to give my clients the tools they need to streamline their lives through workshops, organizing services, and decluttering services. 

I also offer virtual organization sessions via phone and video which has allowed me to serve clients across the nation. 

Professional organizing seemed a natural career change for me. I spent nearly 18 years in human services, where I enjoyed streamlining programs so they were more efficient and effective. I served as a trainer, mentor, speaker, and workshop facilitator, as well. 

Switching to a career as a professional organizer allows me to continue doing many of the things I enjoyed in the human services field. And I'm thrilled to be able to spend more time with my daughter now that I own my own organizing business!
